1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
5. Delays & Issues
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at [your email/phone].
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package is damaged upon arrival, please email us at [your email] with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or contact the courier. If unresolved, reach out to us.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
• Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for address changes.
• Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.
8. Return to Sender (RTS) & Re-Shipping
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at an additional shipping cost.
