1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at [your email/phone].
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please email us at [your email] with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or contact the courier. If unresolved, reach out to us.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for address changes.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

8. Return to Sender (RTS) & Re-Shipping
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at an additional shipping cost.
